Our mission is to provide a fun and exciting way to eat fruits and vegetables.
We conduct healthy cooking and nutrition classes for preschoolers (LYFVE LESSONS); hands-on cooking classes for school aged children (LIL CHEFS); and GREEN parties (ROOTS) for Ages 4 to adult.
We also cater from our line of healthy snacks (SMACKS), & sell books and gifts for foodies.
