Who is a LYFVE Coach?

Certified LYFVE Coaches conduct Cooking and Nutrition Workshops, Birthday Parties and Healthy Eating Seminars for children and thier families in schools, retail food outlets, YMCA, and just about everywhere children gather.

Where are the workshops held?

Classes are currently held in Montgomery, Philadelphia, Delaware Counties in PA and we are looking to expand to all PA counties. We also operate in some NJ counties and are looking to expand to all NJ counties.
